party girl LINDSAY LOHAN is receiving alcohol counselling in
a bid to stay sober, according to US reports. The MEAN GIRLS
star was recently snapped sporting an Alcoholics Anonymous
badge, and sources claim she's visited a group therapy
session with the organisation in Los Angeles yesterday
morning (29NOV06). A friend tells PageSix, "She has attended
several meetings and has hopefully decided to turn her life
around - this time for good. She is out of control." A
representative for Lohan has declined comment. The actress
has recently been partying with newly single BRITNEY SPEARS
and socialite PARIS HILTON. She came under fire from
Hollywood executives and co-stars earlier this year (06) for
the effect her sociable lifestyle has on her professionalism
on set. |

Lindsay
Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton are known to have
tempestuous friendships, but last night the Hollywood
starlets were the best of friends as they snuggled together
in a sports car after a night out on the tiles, as
dailymail.co.uk reports.
Even their clothes matched as the divas chose to wear
monochrome black and white designer numbers for their
partying in Los Angeles.
Pop princess Britney needed help from new chum Paris
climbing into her two-seater sports car at the start of the
evening.
Then they roared off into the night in the Mercedes McLaren
SLR, which hits 0-60 in 3.8 seconds.
After a hard night's clubbing they met up with actress
Lindsay Lohan at the Beverley Hills Hotel.
Britney and Lindsay were happy to accept a lift home from
Paris at 5am but it was clear the stars, more used to the
lap of luxury, felt a little cramped. |

Lindsay
Lohan is the favourite to play the lead in an upcoming film
about Stevie Nicks.
The Mean Girls star will act and sing in the movie, which
will focus on the Fleetwood Mac star's wild years in the
late 1970s and early 1980s.
An industry insider tells American publication Life + Style,
"She feels like she's found a dream role in a story about
Stevie Nicks at the height of Fleetwood Mac's fame."
"Lindsay loves the music of that era, and people have told
her she has the same distinctive gravelly voice as Stevie's."
Lohan, who also hopes to produce the biopic, even has a
leading man in mind - her Chapter 27 co-star Jared Leto, who
is slated to play Nicks' on/off lover Lindsey Buckingham.
